Plug it in and down load MGO app...it'll take over...two free then if you want em in 4K 29.95$ a pop
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a hard time with this also, as there are absolutely no instructions that come with it.. I found it very frustrating. I think the first one we had was dead... called the Geek squad and they came out but couldn't help.. Best Buy was great about exchanging it for another one. I had to research it on google and then on the website. There is an app on the tv called M-GO. Access the app and it will give you a code that you must enter on your computer at the m-go.com site. After I did that, mine still wouldn't play and I had to call the customer service for M-Go. They apologized and said they had been having some issues with it. So, if it doesn't work for you the first time, call and there are very nice people who can walk you through it. Hopefully, it will work the first time for you. Good luck.
