QuestionHaving issues getting our picture to fit the screen. Everything is zoomed in. We tried adjusting it but when you go to settings and then picture the fit to screen is off and greyed out. Could it be our cable box we have Spectrum.

- Answer I have Spectrum and do not have this problem. I'd get service on the TV if I were you, this doesn't sound right.

QuestionWhats the difference between the 08 and 07 and is this t.v thin

- Answer Q80 has the wide angle viewing. Q70 loses contrast and color when not viewed from directly in front of the tv. The tv is brighter too. This is what finalized my decision. It’s about 2.5” thick at it’s thickest point.

QuestionI have a center speaker that sits in front of my existing tv. It is 5.25 inches tall. I want to leave the speaker in place and still use the tv on its stand. How high above the table does the stand put the bottom of the viewing area of the tv? Thanks

- Answer Lucy, We purchased this TV a week ago and have 4 windows in our livingroom. There is no glare on this TV compared to the plasma TV it replaced. The picture is outstanding and this model does have an anti glare film on it. You should be very happy with this purchase.

- Answer In short-yes. This smart tv is Alexa enabled, so after downloading the Smart Things Samsung app and linking it to my Amazon Alexa app, Alexa will turn it on and off.

QuestionIf i don't want to use smart features to begin with can i just turn on, setup top box and play TV ? (without registering to samsung, etc. ? Ans just use smart functions through fire tv or media player ? (((( That way can I cut down on Samsung registering

- Answer You can bypass the Samsung account registration during the initial setup and use the screen with an external media player like Roku, Fire TV or Apple TV.

QuestionIm looking to buy a 65" soon. Im told one of the most important things to watch for is the contrast ratio. Couldnt find it listed for the Samsung Q80 or the Sony x900f. Do you feel theses are 2 comparible tv's.
