QuestionI'm considering buying a 65" Q800T 8k TV soon. My Question is, my cable provider is Directv TV. They only transmit 4K signal. Is it worth buying an 8K TV using a 4K signal? Is the resolution going to be noticeable or am I better off buying a 4K TV?

QuestionI need to know what is the type of HDMI input used. I need a TV for Xbox Series X and require a TV with HDMI 2.1. I see this runs at 120 frames per second, but to make full use of next generation gaming a HDMI 2.1 is required. Thanks.

- Answer Hi Bayhawk! When connecting a Bluetooth audio device to the Q800T you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously utilizing the Multi-output audio feature. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth soundbar higher than the volume of the TV speaker. The 65Q800T features a 4.2.2 audio system working with Object Tracking Sound+ meaning all four sides of the TV have built-in speakers that direct the sound, putting you in the middle of the action. ^Tim

- Answer Hi John! You can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the Q800T. We call this Multi-Output Audio. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones and the TV speaker separate. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair and you are ready to go! ^Tim

Questioni just made my purchase Q800T after hook up i noticed how hot the mother board and the wire hook up area were.i called for service, the tec from samsung said i would send it back for a replacement.is this heat out put normal..

- Answer I have had mine so far for 2 months and have not had that issue, the only issue I experienced was the voice sync between the TV and the soundbar, which is a calibration setting that I still working on.

- Answer This horrible TV has one 2.1 HDMI indicated with a video game controller. I hooked up my PS 5 to it and almost cried at the gridlines that shouldn't have been there when you move the "camera" around on any game.
