Ive been having issues with this television and the connectivity to att uverse service. I've called Samsung out to fix the issue and they replaced the wifi board I believe however I'm still having an issue. So it's most likely due to the internet that ATT provides. I usually have to unplug the cord from the television and that gets it working but I'm afraid I will need to return the television because I don't want to keep this up.
