QuestionDoes the TV really come with 4 HDMI 2.1 slots as displayed in the pictures?? Because there are forums online saying only European models have that feature and the states are getting the TV with only 1. Thanks in advance

- Answer Only one HDMI 2.1 slot is available on the QN90A. the QN95A (europe only at this point) has 4 HDMI 2.1 ports and a redesigned one connect box.

QuestionWhat’s the distance between the top and bottom wall mount holes from the top and bottom edge of the 65" QN90A TV? Need to figure out if it will sit high enough to be above my mantle.

- Answer Hi LK01, from the top of the 65" QN90A to the top wall mount hole is 8.4". From the bottom of the TV to the bottom wall mount hole is 12.2". ^Val

QuestionHello. I have read numerous articles stating that the audio output on this TV is not what is expected from a Samsung and that a Sound Bar is recommended, The Sound Bar recommended was $1499.99 If audio output is an issue, will there be a fix?

- Answer Hi, I recently purchased this tv and mine is the 65” QN90A. I was playing my ps5 with just the tv speakers and it sounded really good. I generally buy sound bars for my TVs because I like that home theater sound. I purchased a Samsung sound bar from Sam’s that was $199.99 years ago and it still sounds amazing on my Q80T I purchased last year. I can’t justify spending $1,499.99 on a sound bar. If you just use the tv speakers you will be just fine.

QuestionMost think my Frame TV is an actual painting. Can this TV look like that when off, w/ a matte + lowered brightness that tricks 9/10 people into thinking it's a painting, not a TV? I'd like this TV's image quality w/ the Frame's ability to look like art.

- Answer This TV does have an ambient mode to display art or customized pictures. I can't compare it to the frame series since I have no experience with those. I do however enjoy the ambient features of this unit and imagine they utilize the same tech as the Frame series.

QuestionIf you want to raise the volume or go up in channels can you press and hold the button or do you have to press button every time you go up in volume or channel?

- Answer If you press and hold the volume, it mutes it. If you push the volume button up and hold, it will increase the volume, from 12, 13, 14 etc. until it's at the level you desire. Same for channel surfing.

- Answer The TV itself doesn't caption anything. It's a function of whatever app or service you are viewing. If an app, show, DVD, etc have captions to display, this TV will display them. I'm hard of hearing myself so I understand the importance of that.

QuestionDoes this support both the TV’s internal speakers and optical audio output at the same time? I listen with hearing aids via an optical audio device, but wife needs speakers. I saw a post from a few years ago, that said that Samsung does not.

- Answer Hi Dennie! The QN90A TV features Multi-Output Audio, allowing you to use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously. You will need Bluetooth enabled hearing aids or headphones, as this feature will not work with Optical connection. ^Gina

QuestionI recently purchased a Samsung tablet and discovered that I could not access the Galaxy Apps store unless I gave Samsung a mobile phone number. Does Samsung likewise require a mobile phone number to use this tv?

- Answer NorthCullman - In order to download any apps in addition to the apps already pre-loaded on your TV, a Samsung Account is necessary to access the App Store. Other than adding more apps, your TV will function the same with or without a Samsung account. A phone number is not necessary. ^Gina
