“Does this support both the TV’s internal speakers and optical audio output at the same time? I listen with hearing aids via an optical audio device, but wife needs speakers. I saw a post from a few years ago, that said that Samsung does not.”

Hi Dennie! The QN90A TV features Multi-Output Audio, allowing you to use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously. You will need Bluetooth enabled hearing aids or headphones, as this feature will not work with Optical connection. ^Gina
