  • QuestionHow to you attached a wall mount to this TV? Does this TV need a special wall mount? I'm not seeing holes for screws or anchors on the back of the TV to use for a Wall Mount.

    • Answer I have the mountain since 2011 from best buy Which is perfectly work with that TV ... Tech members done that for me...There is a mountain in Best Buy which shoud work with this TV. Make sure you need good technician to hang that TV.

  • QuestionDoes this model come with the ONE-CONNECT box and is it still a fiber optic connection. lastly, I have a 2018 model that has a shadow going down the middle and was told it was too costly to repair. Can I use the ONE-CONNECT box from that TV with this one

    • Answer No if you referring to the box where all the hdmi, optical port was on previous tvs like my 2017 tv. This tv has all ports built in on the back or side of the tv. Honestly i like that better.

    • Answer Yes, it is called multi view. I can do mybfirestick and antenna as multiview. I dont think you can do two prorams from the same source. Like two antenna channels.

  • QuestionMy cable company (Spectrum) says their app is compatible with a Samsung smart tv, however in a previous answer it was stated a cable box was needed. I did not ask my cable company about the Tizen software. Is the Spectrum App available for download?
