We have recently installed and have only used a half dozen times. Noise was not an issue. In fact, I had to go to laundry room several times to verify that it was still running!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not experience my dryer being loud at all. I would definitely think there is a problem with a loud buzzing noise.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Definitely a problem. Not to insult your intelligence, you probably know this, but many dryers make an annoying buzzing or whistling noise when the lint filter becomes clogged. I'd check that first (filter is in the door on this model). I know you said you only used it a few times but there could still be an obstruction in the lint filter, perhaps even from the factory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this dryer for a week now and was told (by the delivery person) the more I use it the quieter it will get (the oil has to work to all the moving parts). I told him that was rediculous and he assured me it wasn't. Whatever! I have used it 5 times now and it has only become louder. There is a rattle and the buzz noise mentioned in the post above. To the person who posted about the buzzing, what did you to have it repaired? This dryer replaced a Duet Sport dryer that was so quiet you could not hear it once you left the laundry room. Very disappointed in this Samsung. I have samsung dryer model # DV45H7000EW
