- Answer I put the dryer in my online cart and it suggested what I needed to buy to go with the dryer, except the Dryer Steam Line Kit. You will get home and try to figure out what your doing wrong when in reality, you have to go back to the store and purchase this item.

- Answer Great question! No, you do not have to use the steam features of this model. All other functions will continue to operate as normal, even without a water line connection. However, it is important to note that attempting to run one of the steam cycles without a water connection could cause internal damage to the dryer. But not to worry, all the steam cycles are labeled on the control panel. ^Jecca

QuestionI recently purchased this dryer and when in use after two mins of run time, the dryer gives music indicating the load is dry and its not. My question is how to get my dryer to operate properly? Any suggestions? I know we are in a pandemic but any help?

- Answer Hi Tammy02 .. we just purchased these as well.. my wife loves her new dryer. In answering you're question.. what we found that works best for us is that we go to Quick Dry .. then keep the temp at high then move the time to 50 min. The clothes come out really dry. If we dry our pants we do the 60 min and usually does the job. I hope that this information has helped. Good luck!!

QuestionMy dryer won’t shut off. I have to leave door open or unplug it. It was working fine its only 5 years old and now it won’t stop spinning. How can a product get bad that soon? Electrical panel is now going on and then off. Can anything be done?

QuestionMy dryer is located far from the washers's water line. Do I need to connect it even thought I'm not going to use the steam option? Or is the steam option installation optional?

QuestionHi, does this gas dryer work with propane also?

- Answer It sure does, DeepCreek! You'll need to have a compatible conversion kit connected in order to use propane instead of gas with this model. We do also recommend using a licensed professional to perform the conversion as there are many risks associated with gas and propane. ^Jecca

QuestionHow do I get Samsung to remedy. Worst dryer ever, The motor started on fire and filled my lower house up with smoke. It was only 16 months old. Repair man said it should last 10 years. 10 emails and calls later no response. Can anyone help!!!

Page 41 begins the cycle overview section that can help you select which cycle will work best for the items you're washing. Immediately after this section (beginning on page 43) you can find charts showing which cycles have adjustable temperature settings, as well as which other settings are available for each cycle. - Answer Yes, I had my installer change the door and was surprised at at the short minutes it took to accomplish. It looked easy enough for any semi-skilled homeowner could do themselves.
