• The delivery men did a great job of installing our new washer and dryer, as well as explaining the reason we would need to switch from an electric to a gas dryer in our new home.

• If you purchase any needed installation accessories from Best Buy along with the washer and dryer, they will do the installation for you. If you buy the needed items elsewhere, you are on your own.

• Hello - The BestBuy delivery team helped install our units for free. However, some are sticklers about you needing to order the hoses and attching gear from Best Buy as well. They were nice and helpful upon delivery. DDTofLA
