    • Answer I Have had mine for only a month but I had a similar Samsung dryer that lasted only 6 years. The short life span might have affected by a bird nest at the vent opening which was not noticed for a few months. Repairing the fuse or heating element was labor intensive because they are hidden way inside, and would require take apart the whole thing. The delivery guy said that it is built for about 6 years but who knows. I would not have bought this one had it not been the consideration of space and appearance match with the washer.
