“Is it normal for regular size loads to always extend to 90 min or more? I have yet to dry normal size loads of t-shirts and have it complete drying in 50 min on the normal setting. Eco dry is turned off. Normal or do I have a bad unit?”

Same experience here. Gas Dryer just never gets very hot. With dryer set on Timed Dry, Max High, Eco Off (absolute necessity and it restricts the cycle to 40 minutes max!), it takes 2 full cycles just to get 4-5 t-shirts dry. Thats an 1 hour and 20 minutes. Worst dryer I have ever used.
