• A:Answer You do need to connect to the water line. We just bought a splitter so that we could connect the washer and dryer to the same water line. You don’t need a separate water line.

Q: QuestionWhat kind of conversion kit do I need to convert this to liquid propane? I would like to purchase the conversion kit before delivery

• A:Answer The conversation kit needs/should be installed by a professional and is available at time of purchase. I utilize propane and requested the conversion at time of purchase. When my dryer was delivered and installed I watched as they did the conversion to propane on site. They had to take the entire dryer apart to change the natural gas jet to a propane jet. It is like changing the jets in a carburetor for a car. So, I highly recommend contacting a professional or having Best Buy do it during an installation.

Q: QuestionI'm looking at a Samsung dryer model DVG45B6300W/A3 advertised on your site. This dryer shows it has a steam sanitize cycle. Does it need a water hook up?

• A:Answer It's supposed to hook up to the washer that matches the dryer it comes with the equipment to do so but if you don't have the washer then you cannot use this feature I was not told this when I bought the dryer because I would have bought the washer at the same time
