- Answer Naz, you will first need to have a standalone Amazon Alexa device to utilize Alexa on your TU7000. Both your Alexa device and TV will need to be on the same WiFi network, and will need to connect your TV via SmartThings app (you can sign in to your Samsung account on your TV for this), you will also need to setup the SmartThings app on your mobile device. You will then need to discover your Samsung TV in the Samsung SmartThings app, and discover your Alexa device in the Alexa app. In the Amazon Alexa app, enable the Samsung SmartThings skill, and sign in with your Samsung account to link the accounts. Select your TV in the Amazon Alexa app. If you need further assistance with setup, please contact 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Gina
