“Best Buy's warranty says parts-1 year, Labor- none. Samsung's warranty terms says parts-1 year, Labor-1 year. What gives?”

• The manufacturers warranty prevails which provides 1 year parts and labor. The Best Buy warranty would only kick in if there were no manufacturers warranty.

• Falcon70, The Samsung manual lists that a 1 year parts and labor warranty are included on new Samsung TVs. I'll see about having the product page updated to reflect this. --Mr. S
