Question14 months after purchase, this TV is stuck in the reboot loop. It will not come on at all just reboots repeatedly. I replaced the power and main boards but still stuck. Anyone have any suggestions?

- Answer YES….My tv went out after approximately a year and a half! It started with the picture not going to the full screen and then the sound began to blink in and out. Now the tv has gone completely out.

QuestionHi! I have the Q70T Sound bar and looking at upgrading to this TV. Will I be able to have sound play simultaneously from the sound bar and the TV speakers? Or do they work independently from each other? Thanks!

- Answer You can use them both but I do not like the effect. I just use the sound bar and it is great. If you try to use both you will get a hollow echo type of effect at higher volumes. My cable remote is programed for the tv and sound bar and the work automatically on the remote. I did have the installation by the Geek Squad.

QuestionWhen I connect my ps5 to this tv directly to port 4. It only runs in 60p (60hz). I was told that this tv does 120hz on port 4. I have spent a lot of time playing with all the settings "GAME MODE" etc no luck. Why is it stated that this tv does 120hz?

QuestionI have a 2018 Samsung 65 inch UHD series 8 that has terrible blooming during dark scenes ! I’m worried that the Q 70 series will be no better ! Will it be an upgrade ? Can’t really afford a Q 80 series , and I’m weary of buying another edge lit tv !

- Answer I have a 75 inch Q70 series that the picture and sound went out. The picture never actually expanded to the end of the screen. Then the sound began to go in and out. We would have to turn it off and then turn it back on. Originally we thought it was our internet system.

QuestionWhy don’t all the channels fit on the whole screen? I have done everything to get the picture to fit the whole screen but on the movie channels like HBO, there is a black area on the top and bottom of the screen.

- Answer I had the same problem. Finally my picture and sound went out! It is going to cost about 400 to have it fixed, a 99 dollar service fee and 300 for the labor. Samsung is paying for the part. It’s approximately 18 months old and I have had problems with it from the beginning.

QuestionThe user manual says that "When you install your TV, maintain a distance of at least 4 inches (10 cm) between the TV and other objects (walls, cabinet sides, etc.) to ensure proper ventilation." I assume that this refers to the top and bottom of the TV?
