QuestionWhat is the length of the one connect that comes with the TV? Where can we buy if a longer cable is needed?

- Answer Comes with 2 cords. One so the unit mounts on the back of the stand and goes rite in the tv. That’s like 2 feet which is perfect. And a second if you want to mount it elsewhere. It’s like 6 feet.

- Answer The one connect box is a separate box that you connect all your inputs too. HDMI 1 2 3 4 Power cable, optical, USB. You have only one cable going to the back of the tv that plugs in the one connect box. So as an example if you hang you tv on the wall you can put the one connect box in your entertainment stand and plug everything up with out having to put all them wires going to the tv through the wall. I have this tv with my one connect box on top of my AC infinity AV receiver and it’s perfect for what I needed.

QuestionIs it possible for 1 man to attach the stand on this behemoth? 75".. i see the main problem being lifting the tv off the box.. but has anyone here done it or it's definitely a 2 person job?

- Answer Absolutely not. You need two people to take this TV out of the box let alone mounting it. Don’t attempt to put it together by yourself on your $3000+ investment.

QuestionDoes the QN95B have a power cord connected to the TV, or does the One Connect box get plugged into a wall outlet and serve as the power source for the TV?

- Answer Power plugs into One Connect hub and a cable connector goes to the back of the monitor. There are two of these connectors to choose from. One has a long clear cable that is perfect when mounting the monitor on the wall and hiding the connection called the "Invisible Connection Cable". The other is a short thick connector that you can use when you place the monitor on a stand and the One Box is sitting behind it

QuestionHas Samsung fixed the problem of the diffuser lens' falling off the back of the monitor? Our current Samsung has white circles appearing on the screen. It started with one a few years ago and now there are 5. With more to come I'm sure.

- Answer You have a short and a long cord if you are mounting it on the wall the short cable should work fine so you don't see the cable !!

- Answer Yes it has an optical input...but you will have to have a Samsung tv and sound bar that is compatible with each other to use your tv speaker together !!

QuestionBN96-53283A wall mount rings...are they required to take stress of the panel or can i wall mount without these, fastening the wall mount brackets directly to tv? I need a more flush mount and don't want the extra standoff distance

QuestionWhen turning on the set via the power button on the remote, it doesn't always turn. This has occurred intermittently and when it does, I have to unplug and then plug it back in. What can be the cause of this? The remote is fully charged.

QuestionI noticed that this TV comes with a One Connect box, which I have read can be troublesome. Does this box have to be used? Does the TV not have Antenna and HDMI inputs on the TV itself?
