“When turning on the set via the power button on the remote, it doesn't always turn. This has occurred intermittently and when it does, I have to unplug and then plug it back in. What can be the cause of this? The remote is fully charged.”

It is very annoying. Have everything mounted looking great then bend over backwards to try and unplug and replug it. Power bar idea is a good one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All samsung one connect TV has same issue. The box either goes to sleep mode or not reconize another input. I bought a amazon power strip to reset the the TV easier. Nice TV with sleeping issues.
