Not sure what the question is.... but yes. Keep trying. Make sure you have a good internet connection. For example... try loading Netflix and see if it loads up and you can see previews or such. If you can't get apps to launch, it's probably your internet connection. If that doesn't work... go to the settings and reset your television settings. Try again.
