Q: QuestionHow do I see a live demonstration of this item?Searching the Raleigh, NC area stores reveals there are no stores in the area that have this item in stock, either for sale or demo on the sales floor. How do I see a live demonstration of this item when no stores have it in stock?

• A:Answer I too wanted to see this before I spent $10k on it. Because of the limited quantity and cost they are not set up in stores as demos. I have had 2 other Samsung tvs and the 9100 has a picture close to the js9500 . All I can say the picture and color are beautiful. You might take a look at the Samsung JS 9500 65", the 78" is just bigger.

Q: QuestionSoap Opera Effect/Deep blacks?Does this TV have "Soap Opera" effect or bad motion blurs? Also, are the blacks really deep? I really love my old Plasma but know I eventually need to upgrade. I haven't seen an LED come close to plasma with true blacks and cinema quality.

• A:Answer Hey Steve. Sorry to respond so late. There are so many options on this TV it is incredible. There is a setting that will allow the TV to have a "Soap Opera" effect, but there are also settings that will take that away and still have the realistic view and effect. Again, with the settings - I set mine up to have excellent black color depth while maintaining excellent brights and contrasts. It has been my experience so far that the settings make all the difference - there are numerous pre-defined settings, but you can also set it up exactly how you want - I use different settings for different viewings (ex: movies vs. sports).

Q: QuestionHow well is the picture with sunlight hitting it. I have a very bright room with open skylights and the sun hits the tv and the pic is washed out. Do these tvs eliminate this problem. Thank You.

Q: QuestionI have Directv with 4K and a Samsung 4K DVD player. I know the 4K DVD player needs to be connected to input one and the Directv input needs to be in input one. Is there a way both can be connected?
