• A:Answer I’m not an electrician, but I believe that this cycle is letting you know that the tv is capable of using 110 outlets like here in America. Many countries run on 220, they are just letting the consumer know it can operate on either, you may want to verify this directly with Samsung.

Q: QuestionJust bought qled Q8 82” tv. Was told that the ex-link supported a 3.5 mm headphone cable. Of course once we brought it home, our headphones do not work with this ex-link. Is there an hdmi cord which has 3.5 mm adapter so we can hookup headphones?

• A:Answer The TV is 41 and 5/16 inches tall and 72 and 5/16 inches wide. My TV is wall mounted, and it comes out about 5 inches from the wall when it's pushed in all the way.
