  • QuestionI was under the impression this TV has Ambient Mode (see photo). The problem is, I can't find it! The button is not on the remote and it's not under my Home screen. How do I turn it on?

    • Answer So I called Samsung and they could not find the ambient mode on my tv and said "sorry, looks like your tv does not have ambient mode". Are you kidding me? That's all you can do for me after false advertising! I'm very disappointed in Samsung. Buyer beware, if you want ambient mode, look elsewhere. Shame on Samsung for false advertising and not making this right. Looks like I'll have to return the samsung and start looking for a Sony or LG.

  • QuestionHow responsive is the app menu for switching between streaming services? I currently have issues with laggy response time with my Samsung 65” 4K UHD between the remote and TV. Has this been an issue on this model?
