QuestionI recently purchased Q80A 85”. I got only one remote with it (solar power). Should I have received another remote (battery charged)? some videos (using youtube app) have black bars on top/bottom - how do I remove them? I cant change the aspect ratio

- Answer Yes, it should. This is a "Smart TV" and assuming you use your Roku purely for streaming services, this TV can also do that.

- Answer From everything I've Read its a VA panel, NOT an IPS display like the smaller versions. I cant find any reviews on the 85 inch though so the quality of the TV screen is up in the air.
