QuestionHow many Channels does the Electronic Program Guide display at a time? For Example I tend to watch Fox ABC NBC CBS HEROES and CW and I would prefer not to have to scroll up or down the when I deciding what I want to watch.

- Answer Hi SamyFan! The TV Guide and Channel List will display the information for approximately 8 channels on the screen at one time. To make it easier to browse your favorite content, you can easily customize the TV guide to show your favorite channels by creating channel lists. You can even have multiple channel lists so everyone has quick access to their favorite channels. ^Tim

- Answer Not having a tuner on your TV means that you can't hook an antenna up to your TV directly. You would have to purchase a tuner separately. If you subscribe to Cable or Satellite you'll be set. You can stream your favorites such as Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc. without a tuner.

- Answer Hi budh612! The Samsung 86" TU9010 supports a 600 x 400 VESA mounting pattern for compatibility with universal mounting solutions. According to the specifications of the Sanus wall mount, model BXL1-B1, a 600 x 400 VESA pattern is supported. This means that this wall mount is compatible with the 86" TU9010. To mount this TV you will need 4 M8 screws, 20-22mm depth, 1.25mm pitch. Please also factor in the depth of the wall mount when purchasing screws. ^Tim

QuestionCan the tv stands be removed and adjusted to a different width after they have been installed. I need to adjust the width of the legs due to the layout of the entertainment center.

- Answer Hi WillieB! The legs for the 86" TU9010 are adjustable and can be spaced either 67.1" apart or 52.4" apart. The legs can be removed after they have been installed. Take extreme care when removing the legs to avoid any potential damage caused by moving the TV. QuestionDoes anyone have Multi View working? I do not see the option at all. I see Settings, Apps, Search, Source but not Multi View. Been talking to Samsung online chat support and they have no answers so far which is frustrating. I have done a factory reset.

- Answer Hi Candy, if there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film.If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything.
