Either a USB to sata cable, or an external hard drive kit. I find it easiest to do a full backup then put windows back on new drive and restore. But if it's just a matter of not booting or lots of errors, I highly recommend using Spinrite 6.0 from grc.com. It costs $80 but it does miracles on hard drives even if it says nothing wrong it still fixes it. I have saved hundreds of drives when people thought they needed a new drive. I especially use it on my personal computers and servers.
