It Should work with any PC or laptop with a SATA connection. It will work with Windows 10, I have installed and used with multiple PCs/laptops running windows 10.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes it will work and if you download the samsung migration and get the sata usb cable (sold at best buy) you can clone the old slow hdd and you wont have to reintstall windows and your laptop will look the same. It is very simple to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you won't be able to keep your oem HDD though. It is a direct replacement. 2.5" wide, 7mm or 9.5mm high is what fits the space in that laptop. I'd HIGHLY suggest getting something bigger than a 250gb though. I'd shoot for at least a 500gb SSD since this will be your only mode of storage after you replace your HDD>
