After looking at the motherboard info on HP site, looks like there is only one m.2 that would support this new evo plus. You would have to remove the existing main m.2 to install this one. This will require the operating system to be installed again and any files transferred. The second m.2 slot looks to only support a short stick and is labeled for WAN (think wifi). So this won't be "add it in for a second drive" it can be an upgrade to what's installed with a little work.
