Yes. You can download the Data Migration software from Samsung's website. Also, download the Samsung Magician software to optimize the drive. https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/overview/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It might be difficult. 1TB can mean either 1 terabyte or 1 Tebibyte. So you should make sure the source and destination drives are the same size. It’s possible to clone a smaller drive onto a larger drive, but going the other way is not recommended. Once you have that figured out, you’re going to need some hardware that lets you install two m.2 SSDs in your computer. Finally, you’re going to need some software that lets you clone a hard drive without booting into it. There are expensive options from Acronis, and there are free options if you make a Linux bootable USB. The Linux option is called DD, but I would only recommend this if you know what you’re doing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is why I bought the Samsung 1tb. I cloned my Alienware R5 so I could keep the 250 gig drive as a back-up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not exactly sure of your setup or how your boot drive is connected, but if you have a spare m2 port you can easily transfer everything over with samsung's drive software. Worked great for me, best of lcuk! :)
