“How do I install this?? I am replacing my ssd from a 256 GB to this Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1T. When I power on the PC it is on a black page and says 3F0 boot device not found error. Since this is a new PC I don't care about transferring anything.”

Since windows and everything else was most likely on your old 256gb ssd you will need to install windows again on the new ssd should make a windows 10 flash drive. (Google installing windows 10 with flash drive)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to install this on an M.2 slot on your motherboard. You will have to power on your PC and press delete or F11 to get to bios and set the boot drive. If the 970evo plus does not show up in bios, you may need to upgrade the bio version.
