“I have a problem with installing this on an already booted PC. So when I try to boot up with this is doesnt see the other drive that i have with windows on it. THen when i take it off everything is fine and the other drive is fine and seen.”

Have you tried hitting F12 at boot and going into the bios to see if it is listed. If you have Linux installed on it you may have to monkey with the boot loader. There are plenty of you tube videos on how to do that.
