“Will this model be able to download other apps or do I have to return this product? I am disappointed that this does not seem to come with many apps and I can not figure out how to add my HBO Go, Showtime Anywhere or any other apps. Very deceiving! It says on the box "Additional contents are available". What is available? I would not of purchased if I knew I would only get 12 or 13 apps.”

I don't think there is a way to add any more apps. Just upgrade to a higher end player.
