When it comes to dealing with the internet, I'm lost, frustrated, confused and irate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to call your internet provider to get this number if the player doesn't recognize it immediately. I had the same problem. After you get the number, you have to enter it manually. It was a 5 minute fix.
