Q: QuestionHow do i replace the left door glass if it shatters ??

• A:Answer I thought about this when I saw it in the store but since my purchase the glass seems tough and it's been banged a few times since we had it and it has Withstood the test but if this happens i'm calling Samsung for replacements. This is truly an AWESOME frig:)

Q: QuestionI put a thermometer in my refrigerator and my recorded temp goes up over 40F after setting my temp at 37F. This happens every hour or two. It also goes in the colder direction by 2 to 5 F.. My old refrigerator was set at 37 and it stayed at 37F. Normal?

• A:Answer On the bottom freezer door. It is designed that way to sense if the tray is full or not. When full it stops making ice. And yes, the plastic trays are just cover to cover the ice. Plain and simple.
