“Our autofill pitcher is not filling on our new fridge. Water line connected, no pitcher leaks or excess moisture, have tried to hold down autofill setting button for 3sec but the door panel won't turn on or light up. The button won't even light up. Help!”

• The lock needs to be off and then you can turn on the auto fill

• We loved our fridge until it stopped filling the pitcher. It was off and on, unpredictable. We did all the things the posts say. We have found that if you WAIT UNTIL THE PITCHER IS TOTALLY EMPTY before you put it back in the fridge. Now it will fill up. It’s been doing that for a week now, reliably.

• Have you downloaded the “Smart Things” app? Once you do and add the refrigerator you can turn on the auto fill function. The menu is in the top right corner. That’s how I did it.
