The lock needs to be off and then you can turn on the auto fill

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We loved our fridge until it stopped filling the pitcher. It was off and on, unpredictable. We did all the things the posts say. We have found that if you WAIT UNTIL THE PITCHER IS TOTALLY EMPTY before you put it back in the fridge. Now it will fill up. It’s been doing that for a week now, reliably.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you downloaded the “Smart Things” app? Once you do and add the refrigerator you can turn on the auto fill function. The menu is in the top right corner. That’s how I did it.
