Q: QuestionWhat is width of the refrigerator with the doors OPEN. I have a wall cavity that is 38" wide by 39" deep. With my current refrigerator I cannot open the doors fully because they hit the sides of the wall when the refrigerator pushed all the way back.

• A:Answer Open the cover, it's on the front of the divider between crisper drawers. Press hard and twist. Follow the same procedure (in reverse) to replace the filter, In this fridge, AFTER you install the filter - run 3 gallons of water through the water dispenser before drinking any water, or allowing it to make any ice. I'd suggest discarding the 1st batch of ice as well just to be sure, and to avoid unpleasant taste.
