- Answer It consistently makes ice, just too slow to keep up with use. I can't find a mechanical problem, I believe it is a design flaw.

QuestionI purchased my Samsung Bespoke 30 Cubit refrigerator in Dec 22 but in March 2023, I opened my freezer and it looked like it snowed inside and today, 4/7/23, the freezer is warm and I have ice cream melting. Is there something that I missed setting up?

QuestionMy water pitcher stops filling with water about 1/2 way full. Then if I reposition the pitcher it will usually fill the rest of the way. Does anyone else experience this?

- Answer I got the refrigerator replaced with a different one and no longer have this problem. Not sure if it was an improper installation that was done, or a defect in the refrigerator itself.

- Answer I think it could. If i remember correctly, there are settings in the fridge in the electronic function that allows those to be turned off.

QuestionHi, can I use the water and ice maker without the water filter in place? Or should I keep it shut off until I can go buy a filter?

- Answer Yes you can use the ice maker and pitcher without the filter. Samsung charges 50 dollars for a filter that shouldn't be more than 20-25 dollars. I believe they knew a lot of people would stop using the filters, so there is a bypass valve in the fridge that activates when there is no filter installed.
