QuestionHo many extra rinses can it do? I have a samsung that can be set to do up to 5 extra rinses and I like that feature.

- Answer Mara, depending on the wash cycle, you can add one extra rinse for that cycle. Please see page 42 of the manual on how to add the "extra rinse" and page 41, "Cycle chart." If additional rinses are needed, you select "Power Rinse" or "Rinse+Spin," and you can also add an "extra rinse" to them if needed. QuestionWhat type of connection is needed for the gas dryer? I purchased another model and it requires an extension piece that needs to be professionally installed that my previous did not need.

QuestionWasher states DEPTH 34 1/2" & Dryer DEPTH 31 7/16" Employee measured both & said they'd fit as a stackable. Installer said they would block my back door. There's a 35" depth clearance for these & connections are recessed, this doesn't making any sense???

- Answer Hi Adam, We appreciate your question about the installation of this Samsung washing machine. For best performance, the washer must be installed on a solid floor. Wood floors may need to be reinforced to minimize vibration and/or unbalanced loads. Carpeting and soft tile surfaces do not provide good resistance to vibrations and may cause the washer to move slightly during the spin cycle. Leo
