Q: QuestionWhy does the cooling fan stay on the entire time I am baking something in the oven? I cannot find an explanation, nor can I find where to find out if this is normal. It is on the WHOLE time. Thanks!

• A:Answer No, no ranges come with power cords they are purchased separate. It is per the warranty of thee stove if you use an old cord not a new one your warranty will be void on your stove. By the way I love this stove

Q: QuestionThe oven light will sometimes stay on for hours after I turn the oven off and close the door. Sometimes it goes off right away. The "light" button on the control panel does not work. I tried the door latch--nothing.. Best Buy won't help. 1 week old.

Q: QuestionRegarding the backsplash: Can it be attached after installation if I don't like the way it looks? My tile will cover everything behind the range; however if there is a gap between the range and the wall for the plug, will look bad. Thanks

Q: QuestionI think this is my last question! As I cannot find one to actually see, I want to make sure before I order. Does the front panel slide out for another color? I want the white glass model but the whole front is black. Thanks!

Q: QuestionAs this range has a flat top surface, how large is the gap between the wall and the back of the range? Due to the cord plug, I assume it has to stand at least an inch, leaving a gap. Thanks!
