Yes you can. I eventually got tired of Google's inconsistency in picking up my voice for commands so I got a few of these buttons for controlling light bulbs that are not tied to a light switch. This works really well. You can set it to toggle so the first tap will turn on and the second tap will turn off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can, you can either create a routine though your google home and or add the switch bto smart things and create an if this than that or online with IFTTT.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you link your smart switch to smartthings inside the app then you should be able too. I have this item and it gives you three custom commands. When you hold the button, when you press the button, and when double press the button. Each custom command can control any scenes or devices. If your smart switch is only link through your Google home I don't believe there is a way to get your Google home devices to show in smartthings. I've been trying to figure that out myself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can ,you can tur on turnoff any device.but it need the hub
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the smart light switch is also a smart things device then yes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think this should work if your switch can be controlled from the Samsung Smartthings App. You can then add this button and build a routine to control a device (switch) with the button in the App.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I was doing the same thing. I had to use my voice or the SmartThings App to control a certain light and now I have a physical button that I can use too. It is great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will excecute the same commands, it has three functions, push once, push twice and push and hold. You can set it up by using the Samsung Smartthings app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes definitely. Just set up a lighting automation in your SmartThings app. It’s pretty intuitive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If that smart switch is in your Smartthings app, then yes, it will do that. Just make a new "Smart Lighting" automation/smartapp in the Smartthings app and make the light turn on and off when the button is pressed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
