I purchased my dishwasher in February, and finally received it and had it installed early March. My wife and I have used it 3-4 times a week since then (almost two months ago), and have had zero issues with the latch. So, my guess is that whatever issue there was has been resolved.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure about the latch system, but I'll tell you what, mine leaks around the door seals, which will eventually ruin my hardwood floors. Avoid Samsung's WaterWall dishwashers altogether!
