• Ours makes half moon shaped ice, which we love! Ice fits better in anything, compared to the standard ice cube shape!!

• Yes! The ice is in the shape of half moons and my ice maker makes the ice that is soft to chew. It's almost as if air is in the ice vs a solid hard chunk of ice.
