No, this does not come with Windows 10.

This is a Chromebook, not a PC. You download apps like a Android phone but you have the chrome store and the play store. If you go to any best buy store they can show you the difference between the PC and the Chromebook.

NO...but you can buy parallels software and Windows 10 and install it on the other side of this hard drive.
