• no. chromebook lucas 4 has no ability to access windows. lucas has onle chrome as its browser. internet explorer Microsoft edge opera modzilla are browsers that all are inaccessible through lucas 4 chromebook by samsung

• No, it is Google OS. Google has created its own operating system which is not Windows or Apple. Consequently, some programs are not available for download because they aren't compatible with Google OS. However, if you do some quick research, there's usually a similar, alternative program for chromebooks.
