“1. I understand the burners are gas. Are the ovens electric? I've heard electric bakes better than gas. 2. Is it a true convection oven? I believe this means the heat comes from the back??? 3. Are both ovens able to be "regular" or convection?”

• upper oven is CONVECTION ONLY. lower oven is CONVECTION or REGULAR BAKE.

• thh gas on the stove is really good. the ovens are convection and i have never cook with them. trying to get use to them
