Q: QuestionLooking at this range for our kitchen renos. Wondering if the power was out, are you still able to use the cooktop (using a different flame source than the spark of course)? IE, does the gas still work if you are not connected to electricity?

Yes, you can ignite the cooktop from a different source during a power outage. Front Control Slide-in Dual Fuel Range with Smart Dial, Air Fry & WiFi, Fingerprint Resistant - Black stainless steel on how to use the air fry on this unit. Regarding your concern, this feature uses hot air for crispier and healthier frozen or fresh foods without or less oil than normal convection modes. For best results, use this mode in single oven mode and place the Air Fry tray in position 3. The temperature can be set between 350 °F and 500 °F. Preheating is not necessary for this model. Follow recipe or package directions for set temperature, time, or quantity. I suggest you check this link to your user manual for assistance. To address your questions If it's normal for the relay switch to randomly click at least three times a minute while the oven is on? and if it's normal for the oven to take 15 minutes to reach 450° in bake mode? Your range or cooktop can be quite noisy in certain circumstances. The oven will click, the fan will blow, and even cracking or whistling might come from induction cooktops. here's a link to all of these sounds that happen and what causes them. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110180/ About the 15 minutes to reach 450° in bake mode yes, it is normal that's is part of the preheating process of our oven. • A:Answer Great questions, Tori! While this model does not have a self clean feature, we do have cleaning instructions included in the user manual (https://bit.ly/3nA0JKT) beginning on page 45. The "Flex Duo" refers to this model's ability to be used as one whole oven, or as two separate smaller ovens, set at different temperatures. You can learn more about using "twin mode" beginning on page 22 of the user manual. ^Jecca
