I cannot get USB charging to work either. It looks like there is a setting in the BIOS, in the manual on page 69 its shows that it is there is a USB charging toggle under "Advanced", however only have Battery Calibration available to me in that location. I've only had the Flex Alpha for a few days, but it doesn't last anywhere near the advertised run time. The computer is on standby 90% of the time and email/browsing the rest of the time and it only lasts about six hours. One of the USB ports have a bend in the aluminum case right out of the box. So far I'm not very happy with this device and I'm considering swapping it for a Lenovo Yoga.

Here is his response: Re: USB C Charging on Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 2 The NP730QCJ-K02US does not have the necessary hardware to support USB-C charging. So, no USB-C charging is available for this model. Obviously, one of the compromises they implemented to keep the price lower. Tbh, it is not a total dealbreaker. My concern is you need to be careful when inserting and removing the power adapter connector.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was curious too so I contacted Samsung support. According to the rep I chatted with, the USB-C power adapter must be at least 40W. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't sell something like this so I plan to purchase a 3rd party adapter and see it is true.
