The chargers are not the same wattage, or have the same type of plug in port. The Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alplha uses a 30 Watt charger, and the Samsung Chromebook 3 charger is only a 26 watt charger. The Chrombook needs, and is supplied by ITS charger, less wattage.....so using the higher watt charger could over power the Chromebook possibly overheating your Chromebook causing a part of your Chromebook to stop working. Yes, it is only 4 watts difference.....but they require different watts for a reason. If your device requires a certain wattage, then for your device to work properly, you need to use an adapter that is the same wattage. Also they have to have the same type of connector. The Chromebook requires a round plug in. But the laptop uses a micro USB connector. I would never uses a 30 wt charger on a device that required a 26 wt charger, but even if you were willing to take a chance and use the higher 30 wt charger on your Chromebook, the laptop's charger will NOT plug into the Chromebook. Hope this helps. If you need another charger for your Chromebook, I suggest you google "Samsung Chromebook 3 charger" in your web browser. You will find a lot of them for sale, both new and used for starting at about $10 +. Also, the chargers that I found when I googled your Chromebook seem to be for both the Chromebook 2 and/or 3 models. Good luck.
