A:Answer Take the battery out, put it back in and try again. If that doesn't work, check the charger. You say it is stuck on 98%, does that mean it only charges to 98% when you charge it? What happens when you turn it on? Does it work, does it stay on 98% no matter what? If that is the case you might have a problem with the motherboard reading the battery. So it could be the power supply as well. I hope this helps.
