A:AnswerLike any other true wireless earbuds, the base is very weak, even with base boost active. I prefer using these for watching Netflix on my phone in waiting rooms or listening to podcasts rather than listening to music.
A:AnswerThis answer is based completely on a review (posted by a guy in the tech industry who received a gift pair at a tech conference before they were marketed) that I read after my purchase. According to him, these buds are neither water proof or sweat proof which would lead me to believe that they are not water resistant either. He did not recommend wearing them in the rain either.
A:AnswerApple refuses to play nice with other companies. If you want something to work as designed with an iphone then you have to stick to the over priced apple products.
A:AnswerHello Bekka, that's a really good question! The charging case itself can be charged wirelessly or with the included USB-C cable. When using the case for your earbuds you can get up to 13 hours of battery life when you are on the go since it doubles as a wireless charger. One full charge provides up to six hours of play time and the charging case provides up to an additional seven hours. If you're running low on power but in a rush to get out the door, a quick 15-minute charge in the case will get you up to 1.7 hours of play time. ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerIt's charged by the phone. The phone charges the earbud case. I have the S 10 and I have to flip the phone over and put the case on the phone (towards the middle of the phone). The earbud case will not wirelessly charge your phone. It only acts as a "backup" charger for the earbuds.
A:AnswerHello Heidi, that's a really good question! You can easily switch tracks, take a call or turn up the volume with a touch. Music automatically pauses when you remove your Galaxy Buds and resumes with a tap when you place them back in your ears. ^Elizabeth
