“Just activated phone with most functions working. However am unable to receive or send pictures when messaging . When am trying to receive it just circles for extended period of time then finally comes to halt with no picture.”

I had similar problems with just text messages. My signal strength was not strong enough. Try from other places to see if downloads.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry Pal!! It took me a while to activate the phone and get it functional . I was on the phone for more than two hours talking to TracFone Techs. Because this phone has more smoke and whistle than my old Alcatel, I'm still trying to learn how to use it. Maybe this weekend, I may be able to sit down and learn how to operate it. I'm sorry, I can't help you!!
